Nanotech USA is committed to providing exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains how deposits and payments are handled for our Services.

DEPOSITS FOR SCHEDULED SERVICES

Any deposit paid toward a future scheduled Service may be refunded in full (100%) provided that a written cancellation request is received via email at info@nanotechusa.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Service delivery date.

If a cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before the scheduled Service delivery date, a $250 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

COMPLETED SERVICES

Once Services have been fully performed, no refunds or rebates will be issued.

Completed Services are covered solely by the applicable manufacturer’s product warranty.
Nanotech USA does not provide additional refunds or rebates beyond the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.

PROCESSING REFUNDS

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

This Refund Policy is part of Nanotech USA’s Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
